Ordering

I only accept U.K. orders at the moment which will be dispatched within 7 - 14 days of receipt of payment depending on the availability of materials. I will advise you by e-mail if it will be longer.

Postage

 Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal but if you would prefer to pay by cheque then please send your order and payment to Theresa Galanides, 20 Nursery drive, Penkridge, Stafford, ST195SJ. Please make cheques payable to Theresa Galanides.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging for a full refund. The exception to this rule is for pierced earrings for Health and Safety reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty.

Materials

Due to the nature of copper and brass, these metals will tarnish over time. Each piece of jewellery has been coated in a protective lacquer to delay tarnishing. To preserve the finish of the piece, store in a cool, dry place and avoid getting wet. I am always happy to re-polish items on request for a small fee. Disclaimer

Each piece of jewellery I make is unique and may vary slightly from the images shown on this website. Due to the use of natural materials, variation in colour is inevitable.
